The treatment is performed on a massage chair using various massage techniques and varying pressure and can be carried out through light clothing if preferred. This treatment benefits the mind, body and spirit, aiming to release stress and tension from the face, head, neck, shoulders and upper back. It can also stimulate the blood flow to the scalp which in turn encourages healthy hair growth. Indian Head Massage works on pressure points around the eye sockets and on the forehead making it soothing for the eyes and sinuses.
